This Privacy Policy explains how BuzzFlow collects, uses, and protects your personal data. By using BuzzFlow, you agree to the practices described here.

3. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate you and provide access to your account
To publish posts to Threads on your behalf at scheduled times
To automatically reply to comments based on your rules
To display content analytics from your Threads account
To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset)

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Threads API and Meta

BuzzFlow uses the Threads API by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you connect your Threads account, you grant BuzzFlow permission to act on your behalf. Your Threads access token is stored securely and used exclusively for authorized actions.

Meta's data practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Services

OpenAI API	Generating AI-assisted post content and automated comment replies based on your settings. Only the topic/prompt or comment text is sent — no personal account data is transmitted.
Google Trends, Reddit, Hacker News, Dev.to, Bluesky, Product Hunt, GitHub	Fetching public trending topics for content inspiration (read-only, no personal data sent)

6. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner Cloud, Nuremberg, Germany). We use HTTPS/TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and restricted access controls.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active
Published post records are kept for up to 12 months
After account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Access — request a copy of your personal data
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your account and data
Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
Withdraw consent — disconnect your Threads account at any time

9. Cookies

BuzzFlow uses only a local storage token for session authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

4. Threads API та Meta

BuzzFlow використовує Threads API від Meta Platforms, Inc. Ваш токен зберігається захищено і використовується виключно для авторизованих дій.

6. Зберігання та безпека

Всі дані зберігаються на серверах у ЄС (Hetzner Cloud, Нюрнберг). Використовуємо HTTPS/TLS, хешовані паролі та контроль доступу.

7. Термін зберігання

Дані акаунту — протягом усього часу активності
Записи постів — до 12 місяців
Після видалення акаунту — всі дані видаляються протягом 30 днів

8. Ваші права (GDPR)

Доступ — отримати копію своїх даних
Виправлення — виправити неточні дані
Видалення — запросити видалення акаунту
Портативність — отримати дані у машинозчитуваному форматі
Відкликання згоди — відключити Threads акаунт у будь-який момент

9. Файли cookie

BuzzFlow використовує лише токен у локальному сховищі для аутентифікації. Відстежувальні cookie не використовуються.
